More UI Fixes!

We shipped another round of UI fixes today! (No app update required)
- Fix to UI so all UI elements (including ‘X’) work with different language settings!
- Fix parcel tray coming unstuck from screen bottom on device rotation
- Fix stuck startup when first installing the app
- Fix to an obscure crash caused by malformed SLURLs in chat
- Performance and stability improvements, too!
Be sure to sign out, quit the app and relaunch.
