Avatars shapes are broken and distorted on iOS and iPadOS

Playing around with the Second Life Mobile app on an iPhone 15 Pro and an iPad Pro M2. The world and objects load fine but all avatars appear broken. Feet are tiny and in the wrong place. Necks are thick. Arms are short. Hands are huge. Some parts (like ears from mesh heads) never load. This happens with all shapes and outfits I’ve tried and with every other avatar I’ve encountered in-world.

Hi davidventer - can you share more details? Screenshots from desktop and from your mobile app would be very helpful so we can compare. Please also file a bug report directly from the app (menu > Settings > Give feedback or file a bug). Thank you!

Bridie Linden Here’s the comparison between desktop and mobile. See how the torso shape is all messed up on mobile. I have already reported this via the app many times but I will do it again.
I am using the Belleza Jake mesh body and Lelutka head.

The latest update (Version 0.1.529) does slightly improve avatar shape rendering but it still does not fix it.
Improvements: Avatar necks are no longer thick AF. It no longer looks like everyone is wearing flesh tires around their necks. Yay! Hands are no longer comically large. Yay! Feet appear in the right place!
Still Broken: Shoulders squished, arms too short (like the forearms are somewhat shrunken and squished up into the upper arms). Some attachments still don’t load properly, or attach to the wrong place when changing outfits. For example; I would log on wearing outfit A, and everything looks okay, then switch to outfit B and things attach in strange places. Switch back to outfit A and things attach in the wrong places again, like pants attaching to the front of the head/face, all bunched up. A relog fixes this, but the shoulders are always too squished and arms are too short and squished. This applies to all avatars; my own and others I see in-world.

Just updated to the latest version from the App Store (Version 0.1.528). Avatars are still deformed on both iPhone and iPad.
