BUG: Something is wrong with Avatar Center attachment point (Objects Mirrored and Rotated)

Original report by Anwenn Resident.
Unrigged objects attached to the Avatar Center attachment point, appear to render both mirrored in one axis, and then rotated in another.
Looking at Anwenn's screenshot, (I've seen her avatar before).. that's definitely flipped left to right (-1 Y), then rotated 270° (-90° or 4.71239rad) on the X axis.
The avatar appears to be symmetrical at a glance, but the backpack is not. There is an orange tube running the length of the right-hand side of the backpack. In the mobile images, the tube is on her left side.
I've replicated this effect on another account, with another object, created entirely from primitives.
It is not possible through simple rotation, to replicate the shape of the objects as they rendered in the mobile viewer.
Mobile users see all attachments on Avatar Center, as flipped and rotated, even when worn on other avatars, not just their own.

HI Gloss Doll, is this a robot avatar from the marketplace? If so, can you please share the link here?
Gloss Doll
Beanie Linden It is not. It was custom built from a variety of objects.
I've put together a 'conceptually similar' model using prims. There's some asymmetry, and colorized sections so you can tell the left from the right.

Beanie Linden - And more critically, the avatar is also laying on it's side.
it is perhaps also worth mentioning the absence of being able to see PBR materials on mobile, but I'm sure someone is already aware of that.
