I can't send messages

My account simply cannot send messages, whether direct or in a group. I tested it by sending a message to someone and it told me that it did not arrive, but I can receive it. I tested it with a new account and was able to send the messages. Is it something with my account? Is there any way to solve it? The device I use is the iPhone XR with iOS 18.

Grumpity Linden Yes, I can send normally through the desktop viewer and the web browser, only on mobile I can't, and it's not a problem with the device because I tried with a new account and I managed to do it.
