the Ridgewood Enclave homes have root way at the front. I can stand on back porch and house is missing in Mobile but there with same draw distance in Viewer. If I stand at a certain distance from root, house keeps flashing there and then disappearing. If I move a bit closer to root prim, house draws correctly. Image on left is mobile view, on Rt is viewer with draw distance that same as mobile.
