A hint in the forums helped me to find the relocated "Sign out" again. It's now to be found under your avatar name on the top of what serves as the general menu reachable though the three lines top left of the screen.

The issue as of today is that what formerly was the logout button now got repurposed for other purposes, removing the logout functionality.
At least I couldn't find it after several minutes of searching around.
So (at least on Android) we'd exit the app by minimizing it and possibly shoving it away, which leaves the account logged in for a while, causing severe login issues for the desktop viewers.

You have to manually sign out of the mobile app and wait a few minutes before trying to log in on the desktop. Just closing the app on the mobile does not log it out. The log out delay varies so I just don't log on the mobile if I know I will want to be on the desktop soon.
I feel that if you log in on any other platform, it should manually log you out of the instance anywhere else.

I noticed several times that I was apparently not logged out fully on the mobile, even after the mobile had been disconnected from wifi for a few minutes after logging out.

Hi Eve- can you share more details and repro steps for what you are seeing? Could you also file a bug report from the app (Menu > Help > Give feedback or file a bug)? Thank you!
