Mobile App Incorrectly Identifies Avatars as Objects

When using the mobile phone app, if one of your contacts happens to use RLV and one of their RLV attachments sends you a status message of any type then the mobile phone app thinks the avatar is an object and prohibits you from sending them a message (IM) instead giving you the error message "Objects cannot receive replies." The type chat box is grayed out and that message appears in the box. And there seems to be no way to tell the app that this avatar is a person not an object.
This has happened to me several times when a contact's RLV attachment sent me a status message while I was off line. When I logged into the mobile app to send them a message at a much later date, I was unable to do so. And the avatar had themselves send me messages while off line which I was unable to reply to.
This needs to be corrected or at least a way made available to override that default block and tell the app that this is an avatar.
