The Avatar never loads

Hi, the avatar never loads, this issue is since I downloaded the APP for the first time, 30th June. And the menu is more big than my phone and I’m using an iPhone 15 pro max. And some objects doesn’t load too when I visit some room or smth, I hope you can fix it soon, I reported this issue inside the app too.

I want to know when Second Life will solve this avatar problem that doesn't load properly, because there are a lot of people complaining and they don't solve the most important bug, after all I think it's basic that the avatar loads correctly, right? Look at the example of mine, all deformed and looks like a dwarf. Solve this soon Linden Lab.
