Hello, I'd like to report that this issue happens quite commonly for new residents as well. Often when I'm talking with a new resident they'll say "Who am I talking to?" because in Nearby chat my messages will be appearing with the name "Unknown User" for them instead of my name.

When this happens, the messages only appear as "Unknown User" to that one resident, not to everyone, so it's something on the person receiving the messages' side. This occurs at least once or twice per day to somebody in Campwich.

If the user closes the app and relogs, this usually fixes this particular issue.
