Wrong Destination name when Teleporting

Wrong name Destination, logged in at last place I was at, teleported home, name of destination was correct, "you are on your way to...", once home teleported again (destination from favourites) and it showed my destination as my home although did arrive at destination intended. Not critical just confusing.

I have seen this too, quite a few times, but not always so it may depend on the exact avatar position. I am on the region edge Linden Home plot on a Bellisseria region Damiano (well within the region). It sometimes tells me I am connecting to Queen Mary which is the region to the South. But as xaka says you always do end up on the real region you were in.
