I added a conference with 2 of my friends and this contact is random added, tried relog, it wont change behaviour.
It seems I am tied up with this contact, either if I am aded by them with calling card same behaviour, contact Naxy appear in conference (she was on an old conference with us).
Tested on official viewer with this result, so server issuale, at least for me.

I have a ticket opened with LL on this since November! It's also happening to the same friends that I try to chat with. I've provided numerous screenshots and data and all I get is do a clean install. Like I didn't think about that day one.

needs info
Hi Ryu, can you please give context for what the bug is and what the steps are for somebody else to reproduce the issue?
Is this what is happening?:
- Open the People pane to the Friends Tab
- Ctrl-click to select any 2 online friends
- Right click and select "IM" to start an ad hoc / conference chat session with the 2 friends
- In the Conversations view, click to view the members list in the new ad hoc / conference chat session
- Observe that the new session includes the 2 expected friends, plus a 3rd, unexpected agent named 'Naxy'
If so, I have some other questions:
- Does this reproduce when starting a conference chat with any 2 friends?
- Is 'Naxy' in your friends list?

Maestro Linden I've been seeing this lately, though it's a contact that had previously been in a conference chat with the same 2 people. So...
- Select 3 online people from friends tab, start ad hoc / conference chat.
- Find that someone isn't actually in the conference chat even though invited. Add them.
- Find that didn't work, ask someone else to add them. Hurray, this time it worked!
- Chat away, finish things up, close conference, log out.
- On another day, select 2 of same people but not the third, start an ad hoc / conference chat.
- Observe that the 3rd person from the previous chat who you never invited in this conference chat is showing up in the participants list, though doesn't appear to actually be in the conference.
7,8,9 etc. Observe that one or more of the people you'd invited this time is showing in the conference participants, but also isn't actually in the conference. Try adding them. Observe that if fails. Ask the other person to try adding them. Give up, close it, try again, give up, get another person to open the same three way chat, observe that fails, try inviting the missing person yourself, constantly say "Is everyone actually here or not?" and repeat the dance until eventually the three people are actually in the same ad hoc conference, possibly having relogged to try to fix the problem.
Ad hoc conferences have been flakey since forever but they seem to be extra bad lately. As far as I can tell from my own experience similar to OP's observations, the participant list is inheriting from a previous conference, but the whole invitation to conference thing appears to be very buggy lately. Perhaps the difficulty in actually adding people to a conference is because on your end it thinks they're already there because it inherited them from a previous conference too?
