my sim has gone down twice today without version numbers changing. I can only assume this is part of the rolling restart and then some kind of required rollback but there have been no announcements of this and this seems to have happened to quite a few people today. can we have some more transparency if there's issues with upgrades to our sims please

In general, the "Second Life Server" channel has a rolling restart on Tuesdays, while the other channels restart on Wednesdays.
If you would like us to investigate a specific "surprise" restart of your region (unrelated to the rolling restarts or manual restarts on the behalf of estate managers), we need to know the name of your region and the timestamps of the restart events in question.
