Conference chat broken in busy severs
needs info
Bodhi Osbourne
When you try to open a conference chat sometimes you get people that you’ve never spoken to in the left-hand column and none of the people that she wanted to chat to so you’ve got to add them individually. The people that already showing don’t get any chat.
When you are in a conference chat, it breaks where you could type something and don’t see it and you have to teleport out of the server and teleport back and then it fixes it but only for a short time and then it happens again
Sometimes you can’t create a conference chat at all
When in a busy server people that are not there that are on your friends list either see you as off-line or you don’t see them and if they try to message you it tells them that they’re off-line and you don’t get the messages until you re-log and then you get flooded with the messages that people have sent you

HI Bodhi Osbourne thanks for filing the separate report about getting "surprise" avatars added to conference chats (i.e. not the avatars you selected).
As I mentioned in that other ticket, we haven't been able to reproduce this surprise avatars issue in internal testing, so we'll need details about specific incidents of this issue.
The details we need are:
- Time of the conference creation
- A viewer log, sent via email (instructions below)
- Names of the people you intended to add to the conference (this information could be okay to include in the email if you prefer)
- Names of the surprise conference members (this information could be okay to include in the email if you prefer)
To send the viewer logs, please:
- Exit the viewer
- Navigate to the viewer logs folder and zip up the logs folder. This page tells you where to find the logs folder: https://community.secondlife.com/knowledgebase/english/how-to-report-a-bug-r224/
- Email the zip file to bug-attachments@lindenlab.com and reference the issue name in the email subject line.
These details will hopefully help us understand what's causing this issue for you.
