I can only recieve ims only from people who are my friends. Even if someone im me, who is not my friend, i cannot see that chat.

See if this helps: navigate to Me > Preferences. Click on the Chat tab and check the box for Only friends and groups can call or IM me. Uncheck it to fix your issue.
Important Notes:
As of Firestorm version 6.4.12, this is a per-account setting rather than a global one. The viewer documentation notes that this specific privacy feature is not recommended for enabling, as it may restrict necessary communications. Be aware that LSL (Linden Scripting Language) functions can still reveal your true online status to anyone, regardless of this setting.

I use Firestorm/Phoenix, but the same happend to other people and not all of them were using Firestorm

SharonnLey Resident: Okay, please let me know if it reproduces when you use the https://releasenotes.secondlife.com/viewer/26.2.0.25386466510.html viewer, as this might be a firestorm bug around their IM filter.
In any case, could you please do the following?:
- Log in
- Ask a non-friend located in the same region to send you an IM, and report the time and contents of the message so we know what to look for
- When the IM does not arrive, note the details of the failed IM in this issue:
- The name of the avatar who sent you the IM
- The name of the region you were both in
- The time and contents of the test message
- Send logs from your viewer. To send viewer logs:
- Log out
- Zip up your viewer logs folder. This page tells you where to find the logs folder when using the Second Life Viewer: https://community.secondlife.com/knowledgebase/english/how-to-report-a-bug-r224/ If using the Firestorm viewer, the pattern is similar, but folders and files are named "Firestorm" instead of "SecondLife"
- Email the zip file to bug-attachments@lindenlab.com and reference the issue name in the email subject line.
- Leave a comment on this canny issue with the details from (3) so we can take a look at your viewer log and cross-reference them with what the server reported

Hi SharonnLey Resident, which viewer are you using? Does this issue reproduce with the https://releasenotes.secondlife.com/viewer/26.2.0.25386466510.html viewer?
I ask because you seem to hint at a preference that is not in the SL viewer. You might be seeing a bug in a third party viewer's implementation of a preference, such as Firestorm's "Only friends and groups can call and IM me". If the bug is specific to Firestorm (or some other third party viewer), it should be filed with that viewer's maintainer.
