Selena Celestia can you please describe the sequence of events that you're experiencing?
Is it this?:
- Login to a non-full region in SL
- A friend sends an IM to you, and you receive it successfully
- You attempt to TP to a different sim that is 100% full, and see the appropriate error message. As such, your avatar remains in the original regionn
- A friend sends an IM to you, and you fail to see it

Maestro Linden When I enter a sim or plot, sometimes it takes a minute and I no longer receive messages from friends or groups. If I then restart, it works again for 5 minutes and then exactly the same. The messages are then sent directly to my email instead of to me inworld and from some I also hear that I am shown as offline, which is not true because I am there.

Selena1992 Costanza Thank you for the clarification. I have a pretty good idea of what is failing to cause this problem for you, but need to check the server logs to see exactly what's going wrong. The next time you encounter this issue, could you please note the time of the failure and the name of the region you were in?
