Offline IM emails use UTC instead of Second Life Time (SLT)

Offline IM email timestamps appear to use UTC rather than SLT, This is making them inconsistent with in world timestamps.

Thanks Maestro.
This has caught me out a few times in the past. Im in a different time zone to SLT gets confusing enough, and sometimes Ive seen an offline message and thought id missed something because of the timestamp. Its taken me till now to realize it was all coming in as UTC, which makes me wonder how many others have actually noticed the time stamp difference. I really appreciate you looking into it.

Hi Sailor, thanks for the report. I also see this - an example event has a message body like:
[18:06] Maestro Tester: hello linden it's 11:06 SLT
Looking at the past history of offline IM emails from SL and comparing the message body to the timestamp shown in my mail client, I see that this has been an issue since at least 2013 (prior to that, I had an inbox purge). I agree that it would be better for the timestamp to be in SLT instead.
