Please try the following:
- Login with the viewer
- Open 'Preferences' -> 'Advanced' and enable 'Show Develop Menu'
- Open 'Develop' -> 'Avatar', and enable 'Animation Info'. This option adds floating text above your avatar, indicating which animations are playing.
- Open the Inventory floater, and search for 'OMY Tough Walk' - it should appear under Library
- Double-click on 'OMY Touch Walk', then click 'Play Inworld'
- Note the following:
- Does a walking animation play on your avatar?
- Does 'Animation Info' show "OMY Tough Walk"?
- If you don't see the animation playing properly, do the following:
- Take a screenshot showing your avatar and the 'Animation Info' text
- Send us the viewer logs
To send viewer logs, exit the viewer, and then zip up your viewer logs folder. This page tells you where to find the logs folder with the SL viewer: https://community.secondlife.com/knowledgebase/english/how-to-report-a-bug-r224/ (For Firestorm, the location is similar, but in a 'Firestorm' folder instead of 'Second Life'.)
Next, email the zip file to bug-attachments@lindenlab.com and reference the issue name in the email subject line.
Leave a comment on this canny issue once that's done so we can take a look at the logs.
I have attached a screenshot of what you should see in step (6), when the walk animation is playing properly.

Friends in SL is version: Second Life Release 26.2.0.25386466510 (64bit)
In Firefox everything works fine but not in Second Life, my avatar hangs in “T-pose” and I can't get out of that position anymore, I can't see steps, positions, anything, and I also don't see the positions of others. How to adjust to normal by the Second Life Server?
