Subject: SLua Beta — Request for a Controlled Vehicle Testing Environment
Dear Linden Lab SLua Development Team,
I am an independent Second Life developer working on AbbyCore 6.0, a modular vehicle control system currently undergoing motorcycle beta testing.
I would like to participate in SLua testing by comparing our existing LSL motorcycle controller against the new scripting runtime.
To produce meaningful results, I am seeking access to an SLua-enabled testing environment suitable for scripted vehicles, ideally with:
  • A repeatable driving circuit for acceleration, braking, steering, and cornering tests.
  • Varied terrain for suspension and ground-following evaluation.
  • Sufficient building and rezzing permissions.
  • Where feasible, connected regions for simulator-crossing tests.
  • Conditions suitable for collecting comparable performance telemetry.
I do not currently own a Second Life region, so I would appreciate guidance on any existing vehicle-friendly SLua testing facilities or the possibility of arranging access to an appropriate environment.
I would be happy to share structured technical findings, compatibility issues, and performance comparisons with the SLua development team.
Thank you for considering this request.
