Visit secondlife.com, go to friends list, click a link of a friend you have map rights on, pop up says about:blank#blocked

Does not happen on all friends, only one friend, happens both on Chrome and Edge browsers. Confirmed map rights, was even inworld and it still says blocked on dashboard. They see me just fine on dashboard.
