Dark mode style has hard to read elements on the Knowledge Base

Knowledge Base has hard to read elements, and may be even harder to read to vision impaired Residents.
See the attached pictures. The "Tip" and "Note" element have foreground colors that closely blend in with the background colors. This isn't an ideal, elements especially tips that are meant to highlight information, should be clearly readable.
Using the color style "color: rgb(64, 64, 64);" or darker
greatly
improves the readability of the elements.Log In

These don't seem to be a element "class", it might benefit from making them into a element class to allow re-use over all Knowledge Base articles.
