DMCA Form appears to be Broken

Hi!
Approximately a week ago I attempted to file a DMCA via the web form. The form said it had started a session and to expect an email. However, a week later, the email did not arrive.
I tried via two different email addresses to be sure. I have of course checked all folders incl. Spam etc.

I tried with both an Outlook.com email address and also hotmail.co.uk. I was using Firefox

Extrude Ragu: Both of those use the same back-end service. Can you try with a gmail or yahoo account please? It may be that Microsoft's email service is blocking the email before it even makes it to your spam folder for some reason.

I am unable to re-create this issue and received the email as expected. What email providers did you use? Hotmail? Yahoo? Gmail? Something else?
