The in-viewer method for adding/changing a user profile picture, using an image from the user's PC, is not propagating the resultant profile pic to web services, such as my.secondlife.com, or feedback.secondlife.com.

Since it is no longer possible to upload the profile picture directly from a website, the function that updates profile pictures hasn't been working properly. I am unable to update my profile picture. This function is not working good about 2 years ago.
