lick/view stats for featured listings missing – can’t evaluate ad performance
needs info
Froukje Hoorenbeek
Until recently, the Featured Listing system on the SL Marketplace showed click/view statistics for each listing, allowing us to evaluate which ads were effective. These statistics have now disappeared entirely.
Without this data, it’s impossible to determine whether the L$ 2,599/month fee per item is worth paying. This removes all transparency from the system.
Combined with the ongoing issue of duplicate charges (overbilling), this makes featured listings effectively unusable for merchants.
Please restore the view/click tracking immediately or clearly explain the change.

Hi Froukje! I know we had two frustrating outages with timing or duplicate charging for PLEs recently and that frustration was very warranted!
On the issue of stats: we've looked high and low and we can't find any trail of click/view stats in the "Manage Subscriptions" page. However! They're alive and well in the generated "Listing Enhancement Performance" Report, which you can get to from the "Reports" menu in your Marketplace dashboard. Below is a screenshot of yours (without the listing names to protect the innocent) - please let us know if you're not able to get those reports generated?
We hope that with the report you should be able to make all the necessary decisions about PLE performance.

Froukje Hoorenbeek are you still unable to see the stats for subscriptions?
Froukje Hoorenbeek
Juniper Linden yes, still unable to see the stats for subscriptions

Froukje Hoorenbeek: That is interesting because when I access your account, I am able to generate the report which aggregates all the clicks and views via the merchant UI.
I noticed in your screenshot you posted the Manage Subscription page, and not the report generated shot.
Were those stats showing on the Manage Subscriptions view? I don't recall having that functionality or it being a feature that could have a regression.
Froukje Hoorenbeek
Juniper Linden Yes, the click/view statistics were visible on the Manage Subscriptions page for many years, and they disappeared recently. Several other merchants noticed the same, and this ticket is watched by 11 merchants. This really looks like a regression.

The click/view statistics for listing enhancements where back for a few weeks but are gone again now. Without this data, it’s impossible to determine whether the fee is worth paying. This removes all transparency from the system. This makes featured listings effectively unusable for merchants. Please restore the view/click tracking immediately or clearly explain the change. Thanks.

Froukje Hoorenbeek is this issue still happening for you?
Froukje Hoorenbeek
Juniper Linden Yes, the issue is still happening. The click/view statistics are still completely missing from all my featured listings, making it impossible to evaluate ad performance or justify the monthly costs.

Hi Lindens,
It’s now been 16 days since my last reply here, and there’s been no update. Could you please let us know whether this issue is being investigated, and if there’s an ETA for restoring the click/view stats for Featured Listings?
Thank you, kind regards.

Also, I’ve just noticed that several of my newer listings — like the yoga mats, modular kitchen, and swimming pools — no longer have active featured listing enhancements, even though I never stopped them.
I always apply Featured Listing enhancements right after publishing new products and let them run for several months. These are now marked as expired, with no warning, no refund, and no explanation.
Please restore the enhancements for these listings immediately. I never deactivated them, and I rely on them to maintain visibility on the homepage.
