Limited quantity items not displaying on default settings

The filter indicating to not display limited quantity items seems to be set as default on MP. I do not feel that any filters should be automatically selected for a user.

is a couple of days that on marketplace search engine the option box limited quantity is already ticked by default....an all people who sell item with limited quantity is not showing at all in any category....this cause a big loss of money for many players...please fix it...set the limited quantity box unticked by default like it was 3/4 days ago...thank you

LL has reverted the "don't see limited quantities items" option, it is now an opt-in option, however this is not a win, do not go celebrating it as a win, they corrected an injustice, although not fully, the selection box should be at the top of the page, everyone has the right of choice, so, the selection box should be at the top of the page, then it is a win, for everyone.
Also, your choice should be permanent until you change it, not having to reapply every time you go to MP. That is common sense and logic.

I'd prefer it if whatever setting I chose "stuck" and I didn't have to keep reapplying it for every search. 99% of the time I don't want to see Limited Quantity and No Modify items.

All on MP should be visible on default, THEN people can add filters THEY want on, nobody wants to keep undoing a filter some idiot in LL figured should default on to make it hard for anyone to resell any item they no longer want but is transferable. Not just people that make money as resellers there are effected but everybody that wants to sell a lose item!!

Just found this bug as well and it is definitely a bug. Or an act of sheer insanity.
