The Lindex Live Data feed for text and LLSD, return zero for many short term values.  It occasionally
 returns values that are correct.  This problem has been increasing for years, and now most updates to the lindex feeds do not return any usable value for these keys.  Affected values are:
ll_1h_min_rate
ll_1h_max_rate
ll_1h_l$
ll_1h_us$
ll_t_min_rate
ll_t_max_rate

I use PHP to make a CURL request to pull the data to help power my tier system inworld. Currently, as a work around -- I cache requests that are non-zero.
