Lost a MP listing again, for the 9th time
closed

Missing a MP listing again. 9th time in about 7 months. Sometimes a handful, sometimes hundreds.
This is my 9th ticket about this, which you close every time without solving the problem. This costs me time, views, ranking, clicks, and sales every time. Please keep tickets open until the problem is solved?
It was this one: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Snow-Roof-Add-on-for-Villa-Utrecht/6606310 Managed to retrieve it by editing the listing from inworld.
Thanks a lot again, kind regards

For my store, the missing listings were restored a few weeks ago. I have not made any additions or deletions to my store, so I have not "triggered" any changes since then (in the past, it seemed that adding/deleting/editing listings caused other listings to disappear) and cannot comment on whether the fixes are stable.

Are you still seeing this issue? We believe this is fixed now. Thanks!

Spidey Linden Thank you for the update. While I appreciate the assurance that you believe the issue is fixed, given the recurring nature of the problem over the past year, it's challenging for me to trust that without more concrete assurances or explanations. I hope for improved stability moving forward.

Couldn't agree more all tickets relating to this issue were again closed, I did get a 'we are aware, we are working on it' message but I feel at least one ticket should remain open about this issue.

I totally agree with Froukje. The frustration with this bug is palpable.
This new feed back portal has made it very difficult to track the comments and progression of this bug. KEEP THE REPORT OPEN so we can keep adding incidents to it UNTIL you have found a fix. There have been dozens upon dozens of reports regarding this bug, but they are no longer visible (at least to me). You say you want to know when these incidents happen so you can figure out a fix - then STOP closing these reports until the fix is found. What is the point of writing a "new" feedback report when it is just a duplicate of the "old" one that was closed without resolution?
This needs to be solved.
