Marketplace Deleted my14 Active Paid Ads

Without any warning or explanation, Second Life Marketplace removed 14 of my active, fully paid classified ads.
Each ad was:
properly listed
correctly categorized
paid in advance
They simply vanished. They’re no longer visible in the system, and I received no notification or refund.
As a creator, this is deeply frustrating. We invest real money and time into promoting our products. If the system can arbitrarily remove paid ads, how can we trust it to support our work?

Thank you for your reply and for explaining the cause of the problem. I understand that technical issues can happen, but this situation has caused me both financial loss and disruption to my sales.
I have already submitted a support ticket regarding this issue, and I am still waiting for a response.
I also hope that future safeguards will help prevent such issues for Marketplace creators.
