Money stolen?

On 13th of April 2025 I paid Tilia approximately 100 US $ for a "Best Buy". The 24,750 L$ was not delivered, and I was awarded a refund of 8,57 € which is approximately 8,57 US $.
I have only received a message that a "ticket has been received" and after that total silence, in spite of my reaching out.
I think that almost 2 months is a long time to keep my money without any decision. Especially as it should not be rocket science to see what has entered and left from my account with you. I did expect a swift reimbursement coupled with an sincere apology. It doesn't seem to work like that.
