the outage that was related to these stuck deliveries should be resolved. Feel free to re-open or re-create your ticket if its still stuck, but orders should have gone through successfully now.

Juniper Linden Thanks very much! As of this writing, the item still shows as "in progress" for the scheduled redelivery. I'll give it a bit and see. If it is still tuck, I'll update the support ticket I created.

Miro Collas the stuck re-deliveries is still in progress I think, we did some work to make those jobs auto-rekick so I have to investigate why yours in an odd man out. Thanks for bearing with us!

I just updated the listing itself since I needed to get a new update out. Dunno, maybe kill the existing queued update and I'll restart it? Is that an option?

i'm finding it sometimes takes up to 30 mins after purchase for items to be delivered

This has been going on for about a week now where it is taking 20, 30, up to and hour to get delivery of what you have bought. It has only failed 1 time where delivery never happened at all.
