I try to add an answer to my ticket at freshdesk. I am logged into the Second Life dashboard already. Still I get a captcha to resolve. Okay... better safe than sorry but I think the cookies would just let me in. After answering to the (resolved) case, I get the same captcha again, "to continue". Then freshdesk . com chokes on this error:

Sorry for not reporting this INSIDE freshdesk but you will hopefully understand why. :)
