Only Current Month Viewable on Dashboard USD History

- Create a new account or reactivate an account
- Spend USD (pay for membership, L$, tier, etc.)
- On the 1st day of the following month no previous month's USD history is viewable, not even if USD spend the previous day
- At least up until 21 December 2025 every month was viewable since the account first spent USD, including a reactivated alt account with records back to early 2007
- At least from 12 January 2026 the bug affects all accounts whether new or reactivated
- There was an unrelated bug fix made to the Account History page on 1 January 2026, which may have caused this bug.

I am very sorry you are still dealing with this issue. I know how frustrating it can be when you cannot get a full accounting of your spending.
You have previously reported this through support, and we have a ticket open for our developers who are investigating the issue. We have no updates for you at this time.
Some, but not all, people with this issue have been able to see the transactions by downloading the statement from the page in CSV or PDF formats.
