This issue was supposed to be fixed a while back but seems to still be present.

Using the Upload Photo method in-world (the new accepted way to update your profile picture) does not update the other two, but the other two cannot be updated via their respective websites and supposedly rely on your in-world photo (which they currently do not).

I currently have three different profile pictures depending on where you look!
