Purchasing Linden Dollars on Mac Viewer fails

- With Mac Viewer, click the Buy L$ button
- Enter an amount, click "Buy L$ now"
- Click "OK" on confirmation window
I am shown the window saying thank you for your payment but nothing happens after that. My balance does not change I get an external email saying it failed. It works fine from the website, and works fine in Windows Firestorm.

I deleted and added my payment methods again, and now it's working. You may close the ticket, thanks

Atlas Linden I just tried again, and it still does not work. I can only buy L using the website or the windows viewer. I get an email that says "An attempt to purchase Linden Dollars for your account via the LindeX page on secondlife.com has failed." Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help. Worked fine until a few weeks ago.

Can you try uninstalling then reinstalling the viewer on your system to see if that resolves your issue?

Atlas Linden I trashed the installed viewer and downloaded it again and reinstalled. Still not working as before. Perhaps I should note that I first discovered this issue when I was using the new version of Firestorm, and I installed the official viewer specifically to test this problem. So it wasn't an old installation. Here is the info again, in case something is new. Let me know if there's anything else I can give you. This is my work laptop and it does have a lot of corporate defense software, but it did work fine until a few weeks ago.
