Recurring duplicate charges for Marketplace subscriptions

The issue of multiple duplicate Marketplace subscription charges has returned.
On October 28, 2025, between 08:09 and 08:30 SLT, I was charged 22 times L$ 2,599 for “MKT2 Subscription” to Commerce Linden — totaling L$ 57,178 in less than 20 minutes.
This same problem was reported before, but it seems still unresolved.
Please investigate the underlying cause to prevent merchants from being repeatedly over-charged.

I noticed recently that all of my subscriptions have not renewed, which was not a result of an insufficient L balance that I can determine. I checked my transaction history and confirmed I have not been charged since the date listed as the last charged date. I filed a ticket and was told this was a bug and to submit a ticket here. It was suggested by the representative that if I wanted an "immediate fix" to cancel my subscriptions and renew them. However, that didn't work. It's been nearly a day and my subscriptions have still not fallen off, and still say "active" even though they are not. Even the most recent subscription from last week has not renewed properly. This having a direct impact on my sales.
I am attaching 2 files. One that I submitted with my original ticket earlier this week, and one that I took today while writing this ticket up.

Hi all,
Thanks for reaching out to this, we were made aware last week via Freshdesk.
Unfortunately, these charges were not duplicate PLE charges, but instead delayed from the beginning of the month.
We’re aware of an issue that occurred between October 6th and October 28th, 2025, where some PLE renewals did not process on their regular billing dates. Once the issue was identified and resolved, all missed renewal charges were processed automatically together on October 28th, 2025.

The affected listings have also retained their original renewal dates, and moving forward, PLE renewals will continue to process normally.

Our team is actively working to upgrade our marketplace systems to add residency in the mean time.

I’ve experienced the same issue.
On October 28, 2025, the Marketplace charged me 13 times for a single listing enhancement.
This has already happened to me multiple times before, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating.
Please investigate and refund the extra charges as soon as possible, and finally resolve this unacceptable billing bug.

So far I have been charged six times for my 2 subscriptions (listing enhancements) I am concerned that I will keep being charged. Please fix this asap and refund my lindens.

I also had this problem, the worst part is the delay in responding to the ticket. Linden Lab shows terrible unwillingness when it comes to fixing bugs. This bug has been occurring for weeks/months and nothing has been done.

I would like to update for your records that the XOXO Dress did end up renewing and charging me on 28 October, the others are still listed as "active (will not renew)" though.
