I redelivered a previous purchase to a customer who has changed her name. She cannot find purchases made under the old name in her order history anymore. If I search for her old name in my MP transaction history, I see all the purchases, but her name is changed to Deleted User. And in the mail you sent to confirm the redelivery, it said Delivered to: Deleted User. The customer says she never received the redelivery. I search for her old name inworld, and she shows up under her new name. I am not naming the customer, because that would be invading her privacy.
If customers who change their name lose their order history and cannot get redeliveries, there is a big issue. So I hope you look into this quickly. Thanks, kind regards.
