----
What just happened?
Search asked me to accept cookies despite previously accepting them
What were you doing when it happened?
Opening search
What were you expecting to happen instead?
I expected the saved cookies to remain. I operate no system level adblocker nor had I cleared cache.
Other information
This happens each time I relaunch the client and open search

Youtube has started requiring some (non-VPN) IP addresses to verify they are not a bot, before they can watch embedded videos. This is quite alarming because without cookies, users will have to log into Youtube every single session of the browser.
Can the priority of this issue be raised?
Callum Linden You mentioned you were building CEF with codecs; can you try building with
exclusive_cookie_database_locking_
set to false? Would have to disable "separate cache folder for each instance".Brigittaa32 Resident
I feel the same way! Each time I return to SL and call up the search, the acceptance of cookies is required. I basically opt for “The Absolutely Necessary.” My decision is never saved after that. In the meantime, the unnecessary interrogation is annoying :-( ((

Oddly, this just happened to me when trying to log in to the SL Jira in my external browser. This has never happened before. On my second login attempt, there was no problem & no cookie message.

I feel like the cookie notice just shouldn't show up if the page is accessed from the viewer browser. It's just aggro. Surely there's some other way to comply without annoying users all the time.
