Tilla / Thunes Support Non-Existent

I submitted a ticket with Tilla's helpdesk months ago that never got answered and attempted to contact Thunes here just recently and was sent back an automated email asking a bunch of questions about my interest in their services instead of a ticket submission acknowledgement.
They are charging 5% to do a NEXT DAY ACH transfer to Chime. For those without calculators that is $40.00 if you are sending $800 of your own hard earned money TO YOURSELF. Point one being, It NEVER happens next day - it's been 4 in my experience, and point two being, even my Landlord only charges 1% or a fixed fee of $3.50 whichever is more.
If SecondLife is going to use a third party processor - I really wish yall would vet these organizations. Find one that is at least responsie to help requests and doesnt rape your userbase in the heiney. The entire "Help" industry has become an untouchable closed loop of BS where you can't find, much less talk to, a real human for 1000 miles. (Not SecondLife but Thunes FOR SURE)
Please implement a way for us to do our own ACH transfers with a company that can at least accept, and respond to, a web ticket.
