Unable to access page for choosing membership plan. Support unable to resolve

While logged in on my main account I am unable to access any of the pages for choosing membership plans (Plus, Premium, etc.)
I can view this page:
but any attempt at accessing any of the subsequent pages by clicking one of the Choose buttons fails with a Gateway Timeout error.
NOTE: This is tied to this specific user account, as it works fine with my alts.
Support was able to reproduce the issue but could not resolve it and asked me to post a bug report after 4-5 days of back and forth.

It is NOT related to web browser, device, operating system, cookies, cache or moon phase. These has been eliminated through rigorous testing and power cycling. And again: support was able to repro the issue while logged into my account but unable to fix it.
I'm not sure this sort of issue belongs in a public forum, but this is what is was instructed to do.

Support has already created an internal ticket and it has been routed to our development team for investigation.
