Unable to delete old marketplace listings.

Cannot delete old marketplace listings.
These listings specifically are from 2018-2019 and were no_copy gachas. The listings do not exist in the in-world marketplace folders. In the marketplace listings on the website, they appear nameless, with a quantity, and no other information. Checking the boxes and using the delete function does not do anything. It will say "successfully deleted!" when they are not. Trying to delete individually from the menu on the right does not work either. It's been this way for years.

I've also been having this same issue for a number of years - I've tried everything, including submitting a support ticket, to remove them, and nothing has been successful.

As of 4/25/2025, those listings are now gone. Thank you so much for the prompt attention! I know others have this issue. I'm unsure if there's anything you can do to identify the accounts with the same issue.
