Unauthorized Multiple Classified Ad Charges Still Not Fixed

The issue with multiple charges for classified ads is still happening.
It started for me in March 2025, and it just happened again today, on August 21. 2025.
So the issue is not fixed and keeps repeating.
Please, Linden Lab, resolve this once and for all.
If anyone else still has the same problem, please confirm here so it gets more attention.

Hey Jasmina Weezles! We are looking into this right now, we had no down time or issues today so you getting double charged is a surprise! Can you send us more info about which PLE's were double charged for you?
The last two times, however unfortunate, were a side-effect of a blip on our end. If you're seeing something today, I definitely want to know if its just you or the first symptom of something else going on....

I was charged 3 times for publishing one classified ad. The item name Dock| Pier Solana - Adult.
As I already mentioned, I had the same issue before on March 5, 2025 and August 6, 2025, so this is not a one-time blip but a repeating bug.
Please review these charges, issue a refund, and make sure the problem is permanently fixed.

Juniper Linden I am experiencing the same issue with multiple classified ad charges.
Today, I should have been charged for 4 classified ads, but my account was charged for 11.

Layja Vidor: Thank you for letting us know. Seems like this is affecting a few other users, but not a massive scale. We're still looking into this, and we'll get you those refunds ASAP. Trying to hunt down why this keeps happening.
