Username in the password is valid in (Firestorm) viewer, but not in web site

I changed my password to [REDACTED 1]. Logged in on Firestorm, everything was fine. A week or so later, I had to relog to see marketplace, and could not log in. The error message indicated an invalid username or password, saying the password can not start with the user's name. This should work consistently.
