Add ability to manually reorder items in the Wishlist

The concept of a wishlist is fantastic, allowing us to easily share a list of items we'd love to have with friends and loved ones.
The default "Newest First" view though, is awful. When that view is set (and it's the default!) it becomes very easy for the 'thing I've always wanted' to get swamped and shoved to the back by 'some cute thing I just saw which I might like, I guess'
I propose the creation of a new default view (Sorted) which would load items in the same 'newest item on top', but would allow the list owner to re-order the items once added.
This could be accomplished either through the use of "move up/down one" arrows (Figure 1), or preferably through a drag-and-drop 'thumb' system (Figure 2).
This was submitted to the Jira in 2021, and was marked as "Accepted". Three years later, and a new feedback system in place, this is still an everyday user-facing issue.
I hope this, or something like it, can be implemented.

One extra goody would be to allow wishlists to be categorised (it could be the same categories that already exist, for example). This would make them much more manageable overall, and is the kind of thing present in other RL marketplaces as well...
Of course, the next thing would be a private and a public wishlist, and so forth... the possibilities are endless, all you need is to visit Amazon/eBay/Etsy/AliExpress and say "oh, so
that's
how they do it!".Cutie Crush
