I got negative (or low star) reviews to some of my products. And in the most cases the reviewers have not contacted me for support but instead just posted a negative review. In the last case the review was posted 10 minutes after purchasing, which is too short to make the "product is not working" verdict IMO.

Therefore I suggest a checkbox saying "creator informed" which the reviewer would toggle on when they sent the creator a bug report (support request) prior of posting the review. This checkbox would be visible on the review page and inform other customers that the product in question is really not working and the creator was unable or not willing to fix it.

For reviews prior this feature the checkbox would be grayed out or invisible (i.e. there is no information about it.)

The creator, in return, would get a way to report a review with this checkbox is set without the reviewer really sending the bug report (or support request) or giving the creator not enough time for reaction. So that such "unreasonable" reviews can be potentially removed.
