I suggest a forum category because (1) I believe creators have a freewill right to delete their products from the MP and cancel their use, so to speak, because they so chose.... and (2) I also believe customers of said products have a right to seek help using or as case may be, finding a replacement for a deleted MP product (I rarely shop in world, so, I'm not sure if that's a thing for in-world shopping too.)

Attached picture is of my review of a product that has since been deleted from the MP. I don't know when, I only found out yesterday (Aug 27th) when a player in my RP network asked me which tour kit I had used, and I went to directly link them to it, and I couldn't.

I do not know for sure, that my review had anything to do with the creator deleting the product from the MP, nor do I know if the product being deleted from the MP has anything to do with the fact that shortly after this Customer Service experience and review, my tour kit went from offering 3 tour route capabilities, and now I can only get 1 route to work properly.

With respect to the creator's desire I not contact them anymore, I can't (because I won't) contact them for finding out if the MP product deletion is related to the product I own not working fully anymore. Per the reviews before I wrote mine, there were at least 2 other people/avatars who owned the product, and maybe they also poke around the forums sometimes... lol Sometimes the logshots work out better than we can expect!
