Second Life in-game profile photo not syncing with web profile

I just recently noticed the photo of my in-game profile doesn't match the photo of my web profile ( https://my.secondlife.com/ ). I performed a few edits in-game and the web profile photo does not change.
Please ensure that whatever edits are made to the in-game profile (photo, about, et cetera) are reflected in the web profile ( https://my.secondlife.com/ ) too.

The only fix I have found is to rename the account, which is a rather expensive solution. The problem occurs with the 1st Life photo as well as the main Profile photo.
