Where is dedicated Tilia support?

I am now having a Payout failure issue. I am trying to withdraw US$ to my bank account and i get "Unknown error occurred (400)" message. I have successfully transferred US$ to this bank account twice in the past.
At the bottom of Payout page there is section Tilia >> Customer Service. Clicking that takes you to Thunes website where you can submit a ticket. That is what i have done last time. The reply i got from Tilia: "Thank you for contacting Tilia, a licensed money transmitter that provides end-to-end payments for many platforms such as Second Life. This issue relates to Second Life. For questions or concerns relating directly to the use of Second Life as a product or platform, please contact Second Life Support. "
1) Why that option is even there, at the bottom of the SECOND LIFE website??? So, now i need to open a normal SL ticket, responding time to which is 1+ month???
2) You charge us 5% fee on US$ withdrawal amount. In my case, that translates to 200 REAL US$ ! What exaclty am i paying this insane fee for? For THIS kind of service?! Don't you think for that money i deserve a dedicated immediate 24h help? How can you charge 200 US$ for a problem that i have to wait 1+month for to be resolved?
SOLUTIONS:
1) Create in-house dedicated Tilia support, which responds to issues within 24 hours.
2) Remove the link to Thunes website from Tilia Support on your website, it does nothing since there is NO Tilia help from Thunes.
3) If you cannot provide this kind of support, remove 5% US$ withdrawal fee, as it is then absolutely unjustified.
