In a conference call it adds one of my contact, I tried relog and so but if I create a conference this contact is automatically added

As you can see I am creating a conference with the people I am in voice too but this contact with display name Naxy is added, if they create a conference, in the moment they add my calling card it's automatically added.
This contact is not online right now and I tried to remove it for troubleshooting form my list with same result.
It was present in an old conference between us.
I hope you can fix it.
