- fly to a area away from where you logged in at
- look for missing items that were in world prior
- logout where the items are missing
- login > items reappear after logging into that location

Thank you for the report. If/when you run across this again, please post a screenshot of it, with the location, so we can try to reproduce it here. Getting a specific example of this bug to reproduce will speed up getting a fix.
