Performance penalty from mirrors persists after the mirror is deleted.

- In an area with no mirrors, note the framerate.
- Create a mirror probe. Note the framerate.
- Delete the mirror probe. Note the framerate.
Observed: The framerate after deleting the mirror probe is the same as when a mirror probe is present.
Expected: The framerate after deleting the last mirror probe in a scene should be the same as before creating a mirror probe.

One thing I did not mention in the other issue, is that: the low framerate persists after teleporting as well and in cases where you move far away from the mirror causing it to outside render distance.
Disabling and re-enabling Mirrors setting in graphics options resets the state back to regular framerate, until another mirror comes into view.
