Teleport fails forces logout

Hi, I've had a lot of problems with SL over the past two weeks. The second TP after logging in disconnects me. Also, my group list is sometimes empty. My PC meets the recommended hardware requirements, and my fiber optic connection is good. I've also ruled out any antivirus exceptions. Any ideas?
ISP: Stable 100 Mbps download, stable 18 Mbps upload, 10 ms ping

This teleport fail bug was introduced semi-recently and you can see the already open GitHub issue about it here-
A fix has been found and implemented luckily. If you use Firestorm, the fix is already available in our 7.2.4 Beta version. If you use the official Second Life viewer, the fix will be in the upcoming "26.2 Flat UI" release
As for the block lists sometimes being empty, there is an open bug report for that too here-
